How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Delivered?
- Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-8 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, and other factors.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on the product's availability.
- For parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
How Do I Track My Order?
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information to the email address you provided.
- If you haven’t received your tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@vastratales.com within 48 hours of placing your order, and we will assist you.

What If My Tracking Details Show That the Product Is Delivered, But I Haven't Received It?
- This is a rare situation, but it can sometimes happen. Typically, the package may be received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or even delivered to an office mailroom.
- If you haven’t received your package and the tracking shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and work to resolve it.
- If the situation is verified as a delivery error, we will issue a full refund after a thorough investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.

- After 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
