Exchange & Return Policy

Return and Exchange Requests

  • All exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the customer informs us about any issues within seven days of delivery (including the delivery day).
  • If there’s a size issue or you receive the wrong product, you can raise the exchange request within seven days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • We can exchange the product for another size or the correct product of the same value.
  • There are no extra charges for exchanges, and we will arrange for the reverse pickup.
  • If the value of the exchanged product is higher, the price difference will need to be paid online.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must have the original sticker label attached.
  • It must be folded correctly and packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • If these conditions are not met, the exchange request will not be processed.

Refund Policy

  • We issue refunds only for defective products.
  • In case of receiving a faulty product, please email info@vastratales.com
    with:
    • Your order details
    • A description of the issue
    • Photographs of the defective product

Return Exceptions

  • In exceptional cases, if a return is accepted (where no delivery issue occurred and the correct order was received), a Rs 100 deduction will be made from the refund amount. This is to cover the reverse pickup service cost due to increased logistics costs.

Refund Process

  • The refund will be processed to the same bank account used for the payment, or to your provided bank account.

Product Color and Design Variations

  • Please note that the color and design of the T-shirt may slightly vary from the images on our website, social media, or advertisements.
  • Returns and refunds are not possible for slight variations in color or design.

Damage Due to Customer Handling

  • If the defect is caused by customer actions or omissions (e.g., improper handling or care), we will not issue a refund.

Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet the return criteria.
  • Exchange/Return requests will be processed only once per order.
  • Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Products bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for a refund.
  • Free exchange is available for size issues, but no refunds are allowed for size-related concerns.
